Who makes this Warranty?
AUTO4N INC., the repair facility, performs the warranty work.
What this warranty covers and for how long.
All service and most installed new parts listed on the AUTO4N INC. invoice covering the repair or service are warranted to be free from defective materials or workmanship for a period of 24 months or 24,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the initial date of service. Odometer must be in working order. Tires, batteries, and other new parts with a separate warranty are covered by the terms of manufacturer’s warranty. Used parts are covered by only the warranty provided by their supplier, if any. This warranty does not apply when parts are provided by customer.
How will the problem be corrected?
If a repair or service fails within 24 months or 24,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the initial date of service, return the car to AUTO4N INC. We will, at our option, make the necessary adjustments free of charge, or refund the original cost of the repair.
What this warranty does not cover?
This warranty does not cover any services performed or parts replaced as routine maintenance occurring in intervals of less than 24 months or 24,000 miles. Examples include, but are not limited to, oil changes, tire rotations, tire balances, and alignment services.
This warranty does not cover parts which have been damaged by or subject to lack of oil or lubrication.
This warranty does not cover parts which have been damaged by or subject to overheating.
This warranty does not apply if your repaired vehicle has been damaged by accident, misuse, off road use, racing, preexisting conditions, or negligence since the service.
This warranty does not cover loss of use of vehicle, loss of time, towing, inconvenience, or commercial loss.
This warranty does not cover any repairs or items specifically termed not under warranty, or no warranty on customer invoice.
Who can use this warranty?
This warranty is only for the benefit of the customer whose name is on the service invoice covering the repair.
Your obligation as the customer.
You must keep keep a copy of the service invoice and present it when requesting a correction under this warranty.
