Car Repair and Service During Coronavirus - Guide to No Touch Service, Safety Precautions and Convenient Drop Off + Pick Up
The new reality around the world and in our community has us all thinking about health and safety. Our focus is to do our part to keep you, our employees, and our communities safe, while making sure your car service needs are met. Here’s what we’re doing:
Will AUTO4N be OPEN? Yes…
Ohio deems car repair an essential service so we will do our best to stay open and operate in ways that protect the heath and safety of our people and customers. We know this is a very hard time for a lot of people but if you need car service now, we are here and would very much appreciate your business.
NO CONTACT DROP OFF OPTONS:
> Use our night drop off driveway and key drop located off Montgomery Road adjacent to the Metro Scooter building anytime day or night.
> Call ahead, drive up, honk, wave, leave your key in the basket and we’ll come out take it from there.
NO CONTACT PICK UP OPTIONS:
> Pay by phone
> Use our after hours pick up option.
> Call ahead and we will have your car ready and waiting with the key in it.
SPECIAL CARE FOR YOUR CAR:
We cover the driver’s seat and steering wheel then use sanitizing products to clean your key, door handles, and interior touch points such as controls, arm rests, shifter, e brake, seat belt connections and other hard surfaces both before and after the service.
We can communicate with you by phone, email, and text. Our new system allows us to email or text you digital estimates with photos, and final bill and payment instructions. We’ll email your receipt. So we further eliminate touch by eliminating paper.
In addition, we are taking steps to ensure the welfare of our employees. This includes having employees who feel ill stay home and consult their healthcare providers. We are also urging all employees to be vigilant about frequent hand washing.
We are here to help but also want to thank you for supporting us through this. We also want to thank the courageous medical professionals and first responders on the front line in our community and around the world.
