AUTO4N is a top notch vehicle repair facility. They keep cost in mind and recommend needed repairs based on that. If something can wait they tell you, if it is something that is going to cause issues immediately they tell you that too. In both cases they look for the most cost effective fix. On top of all that everyone is courteous and friendly. Please keep up the good work, it is a pleasure doing business with such a fine independently owned business!

I can't thank Mike and his mechanics enough for their time and dedication to ensuring my safety. I came to Auto4N to have my brakes checked and left knowing I had been treated like family. After inspecting my vehicle, Mike would not allow me to drive off their lot without getting the necessary repairs to ensure my safe travels. Without his careful attention to detail, my life could have been interrupted with costly car repairs and delays to my busy schedule caused by neglecting a few simple repairs that only took a short time. I was not over charged or told to do any unnecessary repairs. Auto4N is the next best thing to having a family friend work on your car! Certainly the best in the Cincinnati Area, and I'd recommend these guys to anyone who had a VW or Subaru. They fixed my wife's Outback when another shop (who came very highly recommended) failed, and made her feel like she was nuts. The only improvement would be a free or nominal cost loner.

The only comment I have is I would have liked to have seen an entry by the mechanic on the service invoice where a service was performed. For example, while I'm sure tire pressure was adjusted as necessary, there was no entry as to what the tire pressure was set at during service. (I'm a bug on tire pressure and keep it set at 30 lbs, front and rear).

Finding the right person or place to look after your car is like blind-dating - you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince. On the advice of a friend, I was able to short-cut the process. Thanks to her advice, I found the right place, I believe, right away, and that find is golden! Chad and Mike are great. Gave me wise advice and got right to work to determine what the problem was with my car. They were able to repair the car and get it back to me in a day.

My college son's old BMW was in for a look-over. Once again, they were most helpful and understood that we were looking to keep the car safe for the road but wanted to limit how much we put into the car.

The original amount quoted was lower than what we were charged. When I called Chad to inquire about the discrepancy, rather than say "well, it cost more than we thought it would", he told me that he had accidentally charged me for one half hour of labor. He apologized, and credited my master card for the difference right away. Customers are at the mercy of mechanics, and more often than not, are sold un-needed repairs. It is nice to know that you employ such honest people, and you have definitely won our loyalty.

anytime someone has asked me about your prices, i always tell them that while you are expensive it is worth the cost. with the warranty you guys put on almost anything you do, the quality of repair, and how quickly you guys usually get things fixed, it ends up being cheaper than having to take it to the "cheaper" places 3 or 4 times to get lesser quality work done.

Upon diagnosing our older vehicle, you were honest and forthcoming that the cost would likely be more than vehicle worth. You took your time to call around for a salvage yard to take the vehicle, and I just recd check from them. You refused payment for your time and trouble. We've had a lot of problems when trying to fix my 1998 Jetta at other auto shops in the city. Auto4N always knows what's going wrong and can fix it in a day or two. It's great. I cannot think of anything that could have been done more effectively. I find I am often suspicious of the motivation of persons who perform work for me but I have never, ever questioned anything I was told or whether the work was needed/performed at Auto4N. It is a good feeling. I was, as usual, pleased with all aspects of yesterday's experience. Actually, the only thing I'd change would be to have you move Downtown, so I could drop my car off and walk to work.

I had four tires replaced on my mini van and the team at AUTO4N did an excellent job. I'm very happy with their work. Besides just putting on the four new tires they actually inspected my vehicle for any other issues and discussed their findings with me. It's nice when you find good customer service, nice enough to make me a customer for life.

I will soon be making my third trip to Auto4N in a months time. Usually I would be more than aggrevated to have to return to an auto shop but the service I get from the staff is worth going back for. My car spent 3 (long) days at the shop and I had no worries. Auto4N was not at fault for the long delay and they made me feel at ease through the whole process. I've lived in 5 states, so I've worked with a lot of repair shops over the years. Auto4N is really different in one key way. When I walked into the shop and started to tell them what was going on with my car, both the customer service manager and the mechanic started quizzing me. They really were interested in what *my* concerns were, and they didn't seem to be in too big a hurry to stop asking questions. I liked that they were genuinely curious.

They fixed my car on the first try. Chad did a great job of explaining all my options with each repair. Their prices are cheaper than the dealerships I've worked with. I know, because I've had quotes for similar repairs elsewhere.

I was very impressed with Auto4N, and I will be doing business with them again.

When I called initially I was told that the car could be fixed on Friday and that I should here back by noon on a quote. From looking around how crowded with cars was the shop that day I knew that this was an optimistic estimate at best. It was not until Monday late afternoon when the car was finished and I had to call various times to check on the status of the car.

I have a very high opinion of your group and trust your recommendations. However, I prefer to be told that you can not get to my car if you realy can't than be told you can and be left hanging and waiting. There is no harm in letting me know that you are very busy and can't get to my car right away. I am not taking my car to another place and I am happy to wait.

I can't imagine anyone being happy or satisfied with the cost of car repairs, but Chad and company are up front about any possible costs for repair. Additionally, they go above and beyond in diagnosing an issue. The greatest example is that they found that the alignment in my car was off because of a bent rim. They then found the right rim and the installed it in a timely fashion. Throughout the situation, Chad provided options of how to correct the issue and always responded in a prompt fashion.
I could not imagine having my car serviced anywhere else.

We thought my car needed a new fuel pump. But, instead of just assuming that and installing one at $700-$800, Mike decided to try a new filter, which ended up costing only $150. So far, the new filter seems to have been the answer to the problem. I thank you all for trying to save me money instead of just taking advantage of the customer and making $$. Thank you very much! In the past, I've taken my '98 Jetta to repair shops where they didn't know exactly what was going wrong or exactly how to fix it. I LOVE being able to call and, even over the phone, hear something that is probably wrong and how much it will probably cost to fix it. You do such a great job communicating what is wrong with the car and can answer every question I have about how it will be fixed, how much it will cost and options about what can be done otherwise. Maybe the thing I like the most about AUTO4N is that while you're fixing the problem at hand, you let me know about the other problems that will probably arise in the future. As a college student, I certainly can't fix everything that is just not right with my car, however, it's really good to have some idea in advance of the issues that may come up and how much to expect to be paying for them. Extremely timely service is always a plus and I am happy to stop in at a place where the workers are friendly and understanding. My only complaint, which is actually more of a request, is that you open one on the west side! It takes a half an hour to get to AUTO4N from my house and an hour from Oxford but it's worth it, I guess, because I'll definitely keep coming back. :)

Completing this survey less than 24 hours after major service is not informative regarding the quality of service as the work is guaranteed for 12K miles or 12 months. A determination of the quality of the service and whether a recommendation to others might be proffered, must wait the test of time. The car is much improved as a result of the service. Time will tell about quality and durability. The cost of the repair matched the estimate. The time required for the car to be in the shop was 1 day longer than the estimate.
